Thank you for choosing Eat Your Greens. We appreciate your trust in our products and services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience.

30-day return policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility criteria for returns:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused. Tags must be attached. The item must be in its original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at eatyourgreens.sa@gmail.com Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we can only accept returns for items that have been requested for return.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, including Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items) We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item per our return policy and placing a separate order for the new item to expedite the process.

European Union 14-day cooling off period:

For customers receiving merchandise in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The same eligibility criteria as mentioned above apply.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund's approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at eatyourgreens.sa@gmail.com
